S-Tier Weapons
The best weapons in Haze Seas. These weapons are meta-defining and essential for top-tier PvP builds.
Yoru (Dark Blade) — PvP King
Yoru is the strongest weapon in the game and the centerpiece of competitive PvP builds. Its combination of fast swing speed, high base damage, and a gap-closing skill makes it oppressive in neutral game. The Dark Slash skill travels quickly and staggers on hit, creating guaranteed combo openings. Yoru is also one of the rarest items — obtainable only from the Tremor Girl boss at a 1% drop rate or through trading.
Why S-Tier: Fastest weapon speed + gap closer + highest damage per hit + rarity makes it a status symbol.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Base Damage | 1,800 per M1 |
| Skill Damage (Dark Slash) | 3,200 |
| Swing Speed | Very Fast |
| Range | Medium-Long |
| Availability | Tremor Girl (1%) / Trade only |
Best Pairings: Dragon + Dragon Claw, Dough + Electro, Leopard + Black Leg
Enma — Boss Destroyer
Enma is the highest-damage weapon for sustained boss fights. Its unique mechanic drains HP from the wielder in exchange for dramatically increased damage output, making it a high-risk, high-reward choice. In the hands of a skilled player who can avoid boss attacks, Enma deals the most DPS of any weapon. The Hp drain is manageable with healing fruits (Phoenix, Buddha) or careful dodge timing.
Why S-Tier: Highest DPS in the game + excels in boss content + pairs with sustain builds.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Base Damage | 1,600 per M1 |
| Skill Damage (Spirit Blade) | 2,800 |
| Swing Speed | Fast |
| Range | Medium |
| HP Drain | 2% per attack |
| Availability | Shogun boss (2%) |
Best Pairings: Buddha + Dragon Claw, Phoenix + Electro, Venom + Fish-Man Karate
A-Tier Weapons
Strong weapons with minor limitations. These are powerful and viable for both PvP and PvE.
Shusui — Reliable First Sea Power
Shusui is the strongest weapon available in the First Sea and remains competitive into the Second Sea. Its consistent damage and reliable skill make it a great mid-game weapon. The skill (Tornado Slash) creates a spinning AoE that deals multi-hit damage and is excellent for both NPC farming and boss fights.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Base Damage | 1,400 per M1 |
| Skill Damage (Tornado Slash) | 2,400 total |
| Swing Speed | Fast |
| Availability | Shogun boss (5%) |
Soul Cane — PvP Control
Soul Cane excels at controlling enemy positioning. Its Soul Pull skill grabs opponents and drags them toward you, creating guaranteed combo setups. In PvP, this is devastating — land the pull and immediately follow with a fruit ability. The main weakness is lower base damage compared to Yoru or Enma.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Base Damage | 1,200 per M1 |
| Skill Damage (Soul Pull) | 1,800 + pull |
| Swing Speed | Medium-Fast |
| Availability | Ghost Ship (8%) / Warlord (3%) |
Raiu — Lightning Pressure
Raiu fires a lightning strike at range, providing pressure from a distance. It is one of the few weapons with a ranged skill, making it uniquely valuable for zoning opponents. The lightning strike has a slight delay but covers a large area, making it great for punishing approaches.
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Base Damage | 1,100 per M1 |
| Skill Damage (Lightning Strike) | 2,600 |
| Swing Speed | Medium |
| Availability | Admiral boss (4%) |
Golden Staff — Fruit Synergy
Golden Staff pairs exceptionally well with specific fruits. Its skill creates a golden shockwave that interacts with certain fruit abilities, creating extended combo chains. The weapon itself is decent but the synergy potential pushes it into A-tier.
Operation Blade — Tactical Play
Operation Blade provides a room-based tactical ability that creates a surgical zone. Within this zone, your attacks gain bonus damage. It requires setup time but the payoff is substantial for players who can set up before engagements.
Bisento V2 — Upgrade Powerhouse
The V2 upgrade of the base Bisento transforms it from a B-tier weapon into an A-tier threat. The enhanced skill deals significantly more damage and the swing speed increases. Worth the upgrade investment if you already have a Bisento.
Sea Beast Hammer V2 / Mace V2 — Late-Game Upgrades
Both of these V2 weapons are solid A-tier options available in the late game. They are upgrades to their B-tier base versions with improved damage, speed, and skill effects.
Krampus Scythe — Exclusive Control
A limited-availability weapon with strong crowd control abilities. Its scythe swing creates a pulling effect similar to Soul Cane but with wider AoE. Only available during holiday events.
B-Tier Weapons
Solid mid-game weapons that serve specific roles. These are usable throughout most content but are outclassed by higher-tier options.
| Weapon | Role | Key Feature | How to Get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shark Blade | Boss/Farm | Water-based damage bonus | Arlong (12%) |
| Bisento (base) | Boss/Upgrade | Decent base stats, upgradable | Buggy (8%) |
| 2 Sword Style V2 | Dual-sword rhythm | Fast dual strikes | Fighting Style Trainer |
| 3 Sword Style | Multi-hit farming | Triple slash AoE | Fighting Style Trainer |
| Sea Beast Hammer | Farm/Boss | Heavy hits, slow | Sea King (5%) |
| Fishman Trident | Control | Water damage + pull | Arlong (8%) |
Shark Blade
Good for boss farming due to its water-damage bonus against sea-based bosses. Outclassed by Shusui for general use but has niche value.
3 Sword Style
Triple-slash AoE is great for NPC farming. Three rapid hits in a wide arc clear groups efficiently. However, each individual hit is weaker than other weapons' single strikes.
Sea Beast Hammer
Massive damage per hit but very slow swing speed. Bosses punish slow attacks heavily, which limits this weapon's effectiveness despite the high numbers.
C-Tier Weapons
Starter and early-game weapons. Replace these as soon as possible.
| Weapon | Role | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Katana | Baseline weapon | Free starter, weakest weapon |
| Mace (base) | Boss farming | Upgrade to Mace V2 ASAP |
| Pipe | Starter utility | Cheap, available early |
| 2 Sword Style (base) | Starter upgrade | Upgrade to V2 when possible |
Katana
The default weapon given to every player. Extremely low damage and no useful skill. Replace with any B-tier or above weapon as soon as you can afford one from the Weapon Shop or get a boss drop.
Pipe
A meme weapon with novelty value. Has a fast swing speed but extremely low damage. Only useful in the first 10 levels before you can afford anything else.

Meta Analysis
The weapon meta is less volatile than the fruit meta because weapons do not receive frequent balance changes. Yoru remains the undisputed king of PvP, while Enma dominates boss content. The A-tier weapons are all situationally excellent depending on your build.
Rising: Soul Cane has gained popularity as players discover its pull combo potential with Dough and Darkness fruits.
Falling: 3 Sword Style is increasingly outclassed as more players obtain V2 weapons and boss drops.
