How to Reroll
Using Race Spins
- Open the menu (press M or click the menu icon)
- Find the Race section in your character profile
- Click Reroll - this opens the spin animation
- Confirm the spin - the wheel spins and lands on a random race
- You can choose to keep or discard the result (you have 10 seconds to decide)
- If you discard, your previous race remains and the spin is consumed
Using the Race Changer NPC
Located on the Second Sea hub island, the Race Changer NPC lets you preview each race's abilities before committing to a reroll. This does not cost spins - it is purely informational.
Getting Race Spins
Race Spins are the currency used for rerolling. Here is every way to obtain them:
Free Methods
- Promo codes: Codes like HAZEPIECE23 give 6 spins, GROUPONLY gives 3 spins. New codes are released monthly.
- Quest rewards: Certain story quests in the Second Sea award 1-2 spins upon completion
- Event participation: Holiday and update events often include spin rewards
- Daily login streaks: 7-day streak awards 1 spin, 30-day streak awards 3 spins
- Joining the Roblox group: Grants 2 spins one-time
Paid Methods
- Robux Shop: 1 Spin = 50 Robux, 5 Spins = 200 Robux, 10 Spins = 350 Robux
- Gamepass bundle: The "Lucky Start" gamepass includes 10 spins plus a guaranteed Uncommon or higher race
Race Probability Table
When you spin, the result is determined by the following probabilities:
| Race | Rarity | Probability per Spin |
|---|---|---|
| Human | Common | 40% |
| Fishborne | Uncommon | 22% |
| Skyborne | Uncommon | 20% |
| Beastborne | Uncommon | 15% |
| D. Clan | Rare | 3% |
Probability Analysis
With a 3% chance per spin, the odds of getting D. Clan are:
| Spins Used | Cumulative Chance of D. Clan |
|---|---|
| 1 | 3.0% |
| 5 | 14.3% |
| 10 | 26.3% |
| 20 | 45.4% |
| 30 | 59.9% |
| 50 | 78.2% |
| 75 | 89.8% |
| 100 | 95.2% |
On average, it takes approximately 33 spins to get D. Clan. At 50 Robux per spin, that is roughly 1,650 Robux if you are buying all your spins.
Optimal Reroll Strategy
Strategy 1: The Patient Saver
Best for free-to-play players.
- Collect every free spin from codes, events, and login streaks
- Do not spend spins until you have at least 20 accumulated
- Spin in batches of 5-10 - this gives you a reasonable chance per batch
- If you get Beastborne, stop. Beastborne is A-tier and perfectly viable for most builds.
- Only continue spinning for D. Clan if you are committed to a Conquerors Haki build
Expected timeline: 2-4 weeks of saving for free-to-play players to accumulate 20+ spins
Strategy 2: The Targeted Spender
Best for players willing to spend Robux.
- Use all free spins first
- If you do not get D. Clan, buy the 10-spin bundle (350 Robux)
- After 30 total spins without D. Clan, consider whether the cost is worth it
- At 50+ spins with no D. Clan, the sunk cost fallacy is real - consider settling for Beastborne
Budget recommendation: Set a hard limit of 1,000 Robux (20 spins) before accepting an Uncommon race
Strategy 3: The Practical Picker
Best for players who value gameplay over rarity.
- Spin once or twice using free spins
- Accept any Uncommon race (Beastborne, Skyborne, or Fishborne)
- Focus on building around your race's strengths
- Only pursue D. Clan through natural free spin accumulation over time
This strategy gets you playing with a racial bonus immediately rather than spending weeks without one.
Which Race to Aim For
D. Clan (S-Tier) - The Ultimate Goal
Conquerors Haki is the single most impactful racial ability. It provides:
- A burst of Haki that staggers all nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds
- 15-second cooldown (reduced to 12 seconds in V2)
- Works in both PvE and PvP
- The stagger guarantees combo starters in PvP and provides an emergency button in PvE
V1: Grants Conquerors Haki (stagger ability) V2: Enhanced Conquerors Haki (wider range, longer stagger, +5% all stats)
Beastborne (A-Tier) - Best Practical Choice
The speed and stamina bonuses are universally useful:
- +20% walk speed in V1 (stacks with other speed buffs)
- +5% stamina in V1
- V2 adds +10% attack speed and further stamina bonuses
Beastborne is the best non-D. Clan race because speed is valuable in every situation. Faster movement means shorter travel time between farming spots, better PvP mobility, and quicker boss kill rotations.
Skyborne (B-Tier) - Niche but Useful
Enhanced aerial abilities are situationally strong:
- V1: First Skywalk is 50% more powerful (higher jump, longer hover)
- V2: Extended Skywalk duration and reduced stamina cost for aerial actions
Skyborne shines in builds that use vertical mobility heavily, such as Dragon fruit (aerial fire breath) and Leopard (leaping combos). For most other builds, the bonus is too situational.
Fishborne (B-Tier) - Sea Specialist
Swim speed is useful but limited:
- V1: +50% swim speed
- V2: Water combat bonuses (reduced damage taken in water, enhanced Fish-Man Karate damage)
Fishborne is only worth keeping if you are running a Fish-Man Karate build or spending significant time on sea events. For general gameplay, the swim speed bonus saves only a few seconds per water crossing.
Human (Baseline) - Reroll When Possible
Humans have no racial bonuses. While this means no drawbacks either, every other race provides some advantage. If you are Human, use free spins to try for an upgrade. Even Fishborne is better than nothing.

Rerolling Tips
- Never reroll D. Clan or Beastborne - These are the top two races and not worth risking
- Record your spins - Some players track their spin results to verify the probability system is working correctly
- Spin during double-rate events - The developers occasionally run events that double the D. Clan rate (3% to 6%). Save your spins for these windows
- Trade for accounts wisely - Some players trade accounts with D. Clan, but this violates Roblox ToS and can result in a ban. Stick to in-game spins only
- Do not rage-spend - If you go 30+ spins without D. Clan, take a break. Tilted spending leads to regret
