Bisento in Haze Seas

Complete guide to Bisento - B-tier First Sea weapon.

Bisento Overview

Bisento is a B-tier First Sea weapon that serves as a strong boss-fighting and upgrade-path option. Its slow swing speed is offset by high base damage and powerful AoE skills, making it a favorite for players who prefer heavy hits over rapid combos. The long reach on Pole Strike gives it surprising range for a melee weapon.

How to Get Bisento

Bisento is a rare 5% drop from Wano NPCs in the First Sea. It can also be obtained through trading, typically valued between 80K-150K Beli. Because the drop rate is low, expect to farm Wano NPCs for a while or save up for a trade.

Move Set

M1 Combo

4-hit chain dealing 920 damage per hit (3,680 total before modifiers).

Skill 1: Horizontal Sweep

  • Damage: 1,100, Cooldown: 9s, Range: 10m
  • Description: A wide sweeping AoE attack that hits all enemies in front. Excellent for crowd control and farming dense mob areas.

Skill 2: Pole Strike

  • Damage: 1,300, Cooldown: 12s, Range: 18m
  • Description: A long-range thrust using the pole section of the bisento. Great for poking bosses from a safe distance.

Skill 3: Axe Drop

  • Damage: 2,000, Cooldown: 16s, Range: 6m
  • Description: A heavy downward strike dealing massive single-target damage. Best saved for boss phases where you can land it reliably.

Combo Potential

  • Horizontal Sweep into Axe Drop: Sweep mobs, then immediately drop Axe Drop on the boss for heavy burst.
  • Pole Strike poke into M1 chain: Stay at range with Pole Strike, then step in for the M1 combo when the boss is stunned or between attacks.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Highest base damage among B-tier weapons at 920 per M1
  • Axe Drop delivers 2,000 burst damage on a single target
  • Pole Strike gives 18m range for safe poking
  • Horizontal Sweep is strong AoE for mob farming

Cons

  • Slow swing speed makes M1 combos feel sluggish
  • 5% drop rate from Wano NPCs requires patience
  • Vulnerable during skill cooldowns due to slow attack recovery

When to Replace

Upgrade to an A-tier heavy weapon like Yoru or a Legendary blade once you have access to Second Sea content. The slow swing speed becomes a liability against faster enemies later on.

Best Pairings

  • Fruit: Ice Fruit (freeze enemies to land slow heavy hits safely)
  • Fighting Style: Black Leg (adds mobility to compensate for the slow swings)
