Pipe Overview

Pipe is a C-tier First Sea weapon and one of the earliest weapons available to new players. It is a basic utility weapon with fast swings that serves its purpose as a starter tool until you can afford something better. Some players even spawn with it, making it the most accessible weapon in the game.

How to Get Pipe

Buy the Pipe from the starter shop for 3K Beli, or spawn with it as your default weapon when creating a new character. It is available immediately with no quest or grind required.

Move Set

M1 Combo

4-hit chain dealing 550 damage per hit (2,200 total before modifiers).

Skill 1: Pipe Swing

  • Damage: 600, Cooldown: 6s, Range: 4m
  • Description: A basic horizontal swing. Straightforward and gets the job done at early levels.

Skill 2: Pipe Thrust

  • Damage: 750, Cooldown: 8s, Range: 6m
  • Description: A forward thrust with the pipe. Slightly longer range than the swing but still very limited.

Skill 3: Pipe Slam

  • Damage: 900, Cooldown: 12s, Range: 5m
  • Description: An overhead slam that deals the most damage in the kit. Useful as a mini finisher during early boss fights.

Combo Potential

  • Pipe Thrust into Pipe Slam: Poke with the thrust, then follow with the slam for a simple two-hit burst.

Pros

  • Free or extremely cheap at 3K Beli
  • Fast swing speed for responsive early gameplay
  • Available from the very start of the game
  • Simple to learn for brand new players

Cons

  • Lowest base damage among all weapons at 550 per M1
  • All skills have very short range
  • Quickly outclassed once you have any other weapon

When to Replace

Replace with Katana or 2 Sword Style as soon as you have a few thousand Beli. The Pipe is meant as a temporary starter and should not be kept past the first hour of gameplay.

Best Pairings

  • Fruit: Spin Fruit (budget fruit that adds some AoE to your limited toolkit)
  • Fighting Style: Combat (the default style, nothing fancy needed at this stage)
